Rule
Fresh means the latest stored higher-timeframe row has bars_since_flip at 0 or 1. Missed means a resolved run reverted on a later stored opposite-trend row without positive confirmed-close-to-confirmed-close follow-through.
Boundary
This board reads stored HTF shadow rows only. It does not fetch live candles per request, does not rank setups, and does not turn a bare flip into a production alert.
