Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 April 2026 · Interim — full counsel-reviewed Terms issued before paid launch.

1. Acceptance

By accessing SENTINEL — including the Telegram bot, the web dashboard, the public API, and any associated content — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and legally permitted to trade crypto perpetual futures in your jurisdiction. The service is not available to residents of the United States or any restricted jurisdiction.

3. Information service framing

SENTINEL is an automated information service. Nothing on the service is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. See our Risk Disclosure for full detail.

4. Account and access

You are responsible for the security of any credentials or API keys you provide, including the read-only Bybit API keys submitted via the /coach feature. You must not share access with third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You may not (a) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service in violation of these Terms; (b) republish or resell signals as your own; (c) use the service to manipulate markets; (d) attempt unauthorised access to operator infrastructure.

6. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Access begins with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an optional manual renewal of $39 USDC per 30 days, paid via Solana Pay to a treasury address. There is no auto-renewal — every renewal is initiated explicitly by you (typically via the /renew flow). The operator does not store, custody, or charge a card or wallet; USDC routes directly to the treasury address visible on-chain. After expiry there is a 3-day grace period before access is removed. Refunds: because each renewal covers a fixed 30-day window paid up front, partial refunds are not offered as a standing policy. Operator-initiated suspension or termination during a paid window will be addressed case-by-case. These pricing terms are interim and may change before broader commercial launch; any material change will be communicated to active users in advance through the service. If the service is modified, suspended, or terminated outside the paid window, no payment is required.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and in no case exceeds USD $100. The operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading losses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to active users through the service.
